History Teacher Jobs

September 1, 2010 on 3:25 am | By | In Business | Comments Off

A history teacher is engaged in teaching history as a subject to students, according to the prescribed curriculum. Most history teachers combine their knowledge of historical facts with political awareness (also called civics), to teach a combination of history and social studies. Duties include drafting question papers for examinations, including for monthly and surprise tests. For teaching students up to high school, a history teacher should have a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree or doctorate is required for teaching college students.
