The Pelvic Tilt Stretch Can Help Back Pain

There are many things you can do to cure back pain.  Take over the counter drugs, take prescription drugs or doctor-supervised cortisone shots or muscle relaxants and even see a physical therapist.  How I managed to kick my back pain was doing simple exercises for back pain regularly throughout the week.  I did them about 3-4 times a week and started off with 5 repetitions until I could handle 15.  I really like the pelvic tilt exercise because it not only exercised my lower back, but  my abs too.  Lay on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.  Tighten your buttocks and abs and then flatten the small of your back to the floor.  Hold for 5 seconds and then slowly relax.  Then repeat it 5 times.  This was my favorite.
