Since the Griswold Manufacturing Company sold their items to Wagner Manufacturing Company, things have changed. They have started their business on the year 1891 at Sydney, Ohio.

The Wagner Manufacturing Company has noticed that more collectors of iron pans love Griswold most and nothing had left for Wagner. Wagner, being deprived by fame, protects its reputation by making its quality much more outstanding and its price is cheaper than the original Griswold iron skillets.

Like the Griswold pans, Wagner pans also put their identification at the bottom, indicating their name which is Wagner and the origin which is Sydney.
