This makes him or her more likely to return your calls when they know that you could just turn up at their door one day. Get references from satisfied clients before you sign on the dotted line. While they can tell you their success rate all day long, until you talk to the clients, you don’t know that they’re telling you the truth. Ask detailed questions of the references too.
