Single Wing Confusion

At the last home game, I couldn’t help but laugh at a situation that occurred at halftime. As the players were leaving the field, one man was standing up with no one around him fussing at the coach about the single wing defense. I’m not sure why he thought it was such a bad idea. With the crowd, it was tough to hear what he was saying.  I leaned over to a friend and pointed out the situation. After chuckling, I thought about what a toughjob it must be to coach a team and have people always giving you suggestions, even when you don’t want them.
