There is a lot less privacy. For instance, I noticed that my friend had a pair of zoom binoculars sitting next to the window, and there were several times during the day that he would go over and just have a look at all of the other apartment buildings in the city. It was pretty crazy. When I asked him about it, he said that it was pretty normal for people who live there.
