I Finally Found the Perfect Job

There is not a lot of employees that I have to deal with, because they outsource their work to independent contractors. The company uses a very sophisticated Trouble Ticket Software that the remote agents use to let us know when they are having any kind of problems. It is my job to get their problems taken care of in an efficient manner. It makes my job a breeze and that makes it easy for me to look forward to coming to work each day.
