Creating a Corporate Travel Management Position

I am meeting with the other heads of our company today about how we take care of travel around here. Right now, we just have everyone submit receipts and one of our accountants takes care of everything. However, our company has grown and it is time for us to refine the process. I am going to suggest that we look at creating some kind of corporate travel management position. That person would be over all travel issues for the company.
